I went to the branch today to send a wire transfer. Problem number 1, only ONE platform employee (BANKER) has credentials to send a wire transfer. Ridiculous! Today, the representative was at lunch when I arrived. I was told she would return in about 30 minutes. I waited and waited. Finally, she returned from lunch and went into the back section of the branch. She did not come back. The only other platform person went back there but came back with no report. In total, I waited in the lobby for 72 minutes. What is a truist customer supposed to do if they urgently need a wire transfer - like TODAY? Next time, I'm going to move my money to Atlantic Union and get them to send the wire. So frustrated! I've banked with UVB, Crestar, SunTrust and Truist for almost 40 years

The Merge Between BB&T and SunTrust has made this location packed. Any day of the week at any time expect to wait 1hr minimum.

Another fun time of waiting for ever in the drive through. Doesn't matter if I come during lunch, after work or on a day off it is never fast. You might think, "oh, there is only one car in drive through! It'll be fast!" Well, if you think that, you will be wrong. It is never fast. Even before covid it was slow. Maybe with Truist taking over it'll improve.

Worst bank branch that I have ever worked with. Rachel Garcia seems to be the only customer service representative working every instance that I was there. The issue is, that she is slow and rude. I have called the corporate number regarding her lack of customer service, her slow work, and the fact that she is generally unhelpful. After waiting 45 minutes to open an account, she came out to help the customer before me, asked what I needed and then said opening an account takes 45 minutes and they close before that. She then asked if I wanted to make an appointment for Monday. Went to SunTrust and opened an account in 15 minutes, with pleasant CSRs. Bank manager clearly can't staff correctly and clearly can't manage the quality of their staff. I suggest finding a different bank.

I have NEVER banked with a more unprofessional, and awful place in my life. I waited two hours for my refund after they were stealing money from me (after talking to people for over 3 months about this issue and being promised a full refund) and was given PARTIALLY what I had agreed on with the teller. Trash. Go anywhere else. A shoe box in your house would literally be better than coming here.

Once your debit card is stolen, these people let you suffer the consequences. They won't get pictures from ATMs or investigate when someone uses your card once its stolen. You may have success but don't hold your breath when they deny your claim. That's the truth.

The worst bank in the Eastend, waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru nothing, went inside another 20 minutes. Three teller including the drive-thru but only one teller could handle the money. What a joke.

Second time in two weeks waiting in drive through for 10 minutes plus while supervisors stare at computer monitor. At least go somewhere you can't be seen. Horrible service. Two stars because one guy is working at least.

Lack of staff! The manager was too busy on the phone to help other customers. Everytime I go to this branch, they tell me they can't find my business account. They even told me they couldn't find my name on the account. The manager tried to talk down to me and even told me if I didn't like what was going on that I could find another branch location. She made me feel like I was less important than everyone else. Horrible experience!
