Being a single father going through a nasty divorce, trying to purchase another house seemed unfathomable.   From the moment we walked into the help for homebuyers office my husband and I felt at ease! We felt so welcome and they were ready to tackle any questions we had! From rebuilding our credit to coaching us on Do's and Dont's through the entire home buying process they worked promptly and efficiently to get the task done!   As a first time home buyer, the whole idea of buying a home was very intimidating and I didn’t think I’d be able to get afford what I was wanting to buy. Every question was always answered in great detail, till I was in complete understanding and believe me, I needed things explained and re-explained again. To me, someone’s word is their bond, I felt their bond was lived up to was promised and said with the very professional manners exemplified. Make sure to voice and ask away with any kind of questions and concerns you’re feeling. Be open minded to any opinion and idea that is shared with you. And have fun with the process.
