  I have been dealing with Tom and his staff for about 4 years. They are very friendly and professional. They answer your questions in a very timely manner. I feel like part of their family every time I go to the office. They always ask if I'm okay and if I ever need another loan they would be more than happy to assist me. Tom has a very great personality and always has a smile and a hello even if he's not feeling well he still manages to stay positive. I get along very well with the staff there and I always have felt comfortable with each visit!!!

  My experience with the Valparaiso branch of Heights Finance has been very positive, Mr. Bianco and his staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. All my questions get answered promptly and professionally additionally the staff are very accommodating when it comes to setting up payments, taking out loans, and helping you understand the terms and conditions of any loan you take out. Overall, would definitely recommend.

  I absolutely love this place! My husband and I have worked with them for about 20 years on and off. We would never dream of going anywhere else! They have always been friendly and very courteous. They are like family.

  I have known Tom at Heights Finance in Valparaiso for 15 years! When I’ve been in a jam for whatever reason he and his company have always gone above and beyond to help. They are people who understand “things happen”. They understand people fall on hard times. Communication is the key to an amazing relationship with them. I can actually say they are like family whenever I need something Tom And Christy are their for my needs.Always has quick turnaround on my loans I only wish more companys could be like this team.   i would like to share my experience of heights finance valporaiso office. Tom and his staff has always treated myself with utmost care and proffessionalism,and to include very timely too.you can always come in to their office and get a warm reception and smiles,they treat me like family. every time i have called apon them for a loan they are on it .cant thank them enough for all the times they have helped me,cant emphasize that enough! these folks at heights valpo office represent some of the very best in their proffession.i will and would always recomend their product and service to anyone ,,,great people..keep up the excellent workTom Bianco. sincerely yours brad v erickson

  Heights Finance Valparaiso is a great place. They get you what you need and the entire process is quick and painless. Tom and the girls are very friendly and yet professional. Heights Valparaiso is my go to.
