  I can’t recommend Heather Vina State Farm in McKinleyville enough. Erin has made the process of switching our insurance a breeze and always goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met. My only regret is not switching sooner!

  I never understood insurance until Kayla walked me through the options that Heather Vina State Farm provide. She worked with my budget to find the lowest rate for auto, renter's, and life insurance. Bundling the insurance is the best way to get low rates.   When I bought my home the mortgage broker pushed me towards the quickest and cheapest insurance agent they knew. However, I was never quite sure that, should catastrophe strike, my assets would be covered. When I met Heather Vina and her talented team of insurance professionals I began to understand how a team of true professionals could make you feel heard, understood, and cared for. Heather, Erin, and Kayla all keep in regular contact with their policy holders, checking to see if their policy needs are up to date and making adjustments so that should the unexpected happen, you will be covered for your loss. I get the feeling from Heather and her team that they will be there for me like “my best friend on my worst day”. You should trust your insurance needs to them too.
