  Samantha the manager at this branch is fantastic. She is super personable as well as knowledgeable. She is quick to help, and I always feel welcome in here. She has made a point to introduce me to their staff and they are always quick to greet and help with my needs.

  Samantha and her staff were amazing when I opened my savings account. She listened to my needs and helped me choose the best option for me. Everyone I interacted with made sure I understood the information I was given and took time to be sure my online access was up an running before I walked out. I definitely recommend this branch if you’re looking for quality customer service.

  I'm always amazed by the extraordinary customer service, especially at this particular branch. Shout out to Yuhan for her hard work in dealing with my purchase with a problematic vendor.   Great banks, very friendly and easy to work with. I would like to point out Tara was super kind and very very helpful. She was able to help me in a timely manner and seemed very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back to Tri county's of mckinleyville. Customer service was A 1

  DOG FRIENDLY! They even offer cookie bones or water. The faces may change, but they know your name even if you don't go in very frequently. Always willing to help and improve their service.
