  I love this bank.. Sharon usually takes care of us. She always greats us by name. (Even with masks on she knows who we are. Everyone here is so professional and friendly and very knowledgeable at their jobs.. ..we will always bank here..

  I have nothing but good to say about HBT, the customer service is outstanding and the staff is very friendly. Every time I go there, they are very nice and takes their time to understand my requirements and fulfill them. Big thanks to Michelle that works there for helping us open and maintain our accounts. Couple things that I would like to see improve, more branches, more ATM's. The ATM"s at HBT doesn't accept deposits as cash, which is strange, I would like to see this option.

  My family has been doing business with them for 15 years and for a reason that could not be disclosed by their companies back office they decided to terminate our business. I would not recommend this bank to anyone and the way that they went about it was so unprofessional. Make sure you read all your disclosure papers before you sign up with any bank. They will do everything to get your business but when there is a problem with anything in any of your accounts they will be very rude and unprofessional

  Went in to exchange some change for cash. Due to the machine getting jammed I was only given 3.03. My mistake was not counting it all before. I know I had well over 3.00 because I had counted 5.00 in quarters alone that I was going to use for lunch. Ill be sure to count my change next time.
