      Cici picked up the phone right away after I could not get anyone to pick up at the other branch and helped me with Zelle and getting that set up. Could not be more pleased and I will be coming into this branch now as she was quite helpful.

      Came to this location to open a new account for my wife and I, waited 30 minutes with numerous people stating someone will be with us shortly. I felt it did not appear busy at all but there was a lack of motivation to get to me. Walked out. The teller was very nice and polite...

      Terrible customer service. Waited around for 40 minutes to get help at this location. I asked for help immediately when I got here and was told to go sit in a waiting area. 4 people who worked here stood around not helping anyone, and 1 guy who had came in had an easier issue to fix so they helped him first. I will never come back to this location.

      Worst bank ever they change there hour every week the tellers are alway rude and they never fill the over night drop box with deposit slips so unless you do not work you will probably never make here in time when they are open
