  Jan always has our back finding us the best coverage at the best price. She has a great eye for detail and promptly answers any questions we may have.   I have used Matt Hatoway for 5 years for my personal auto, home and life insurance for my wife and myself, and now rental insurance. Matt and his team have been very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I recently moved out of the country and Matt is covering my home as a rental while I am gone. Once I come back, I will return to Hatoway Insurance Partners for all of my needs. If you have ever had an insurance company who doesn't respond or is slow to respond, you will not have that at all with Matt. He responds within 24 hours, EVERY time! Keep up the great work!

  Wraydeanna and Julie are the most amazing. They always come thru. At the BMV so my son can take his driver's test ( the most important thing to 16 yr olds) I realize we did not have his insurance card. So I called Wraydeana who is on vacation but still took my call and directed me to Julie who made it all happen while I sitting in BMV waiting his turn. So blessed to have found them. Greatest company ever!!!
