Paul Courville5I had a WONDERFUL experience with Dellen Automotive. I contacted the dealership via email through their website. Jim Bowden responded to my email and I setup an appointment to come see the car I was interested in. When I showed up for my appointment Jim came walking out the door to greet me and my wife. We were taken to the car and introduced to a sales person who then handled the rest of the visit, the road trip, getting my car inspected, all the paperwork and then My wife and I drove home in our newly purchased car and I could NEVER have been more pleased with the whole transaction. THANK YOU ! ! !

Since then we have leased 3 more cars from them We have dealt with Linda Maybee with the last 3 cars we have leased. She has been a great help to us. Helping us to find the right car and at the price we needed to fit our budget. She has always been there to answer and help us in anyway she could. We received assistance almost immediately, and their willingness to work with an 18 year old with no credit took a massive load off our shoulders. There are many kindhearted and knowledgeable people working here, who are in it to help out the buyer. Would definitely recommend visiting.

Sonya Alverson2We had a good experience buying the car but the car we bought has been in the service department 5 out of 8 weeks we have had it. I am so not happy with this. They said that they sent it through the service department before we bought it and said everything was fine. We bought it made 2 payments and haven't gotten to drive it but for three weeks. I haven't seen any bad reviews so I wonder if they even post the bad ones.

franz harker11) HAD a life time warranty on my 08 duramax. Always had service done there, they never once told me I was over the six months interval. Always had service done within 5000 miles. Warranty gave me 7500 miles. But since I went over a month and 15 days I lost my warranty. Truck does not go all the time so 6month oil changes are nuts. Takes 10 quarts and it's $80 just for my oil. Not counting the filter. Had an engine issue which Seller can't diagnose cause THEY don't have the equipment to do it. So I had to take to another dealer. That's where I messed up. If they had the equipment they would have just fudged the info to warranty company probably since they never told me that I was over by a month and a few days. Probably never recommend this dealership for nothing. Thanks Alot Dellen for nothing. To have to change my oil in six months and have only maybe 2000 miles cause you use it for pulling camper only, is just nuts. Warranty Co needs to rethink their policy. To me ya I forgot the words "6 months" but I never miss the mileage cause this truck tells ya when the oils needs changed.

Darren New5I recently purchased a 2017 Camaro SS that is still under factory warranty, I have had two small issues with the car but my dealings with Matt in the service department have not only corrected the issues but also helped me to understand what's going on and put my mind at ease. I have nothing but praise for the service I have received this far and would highly recommend this establishment. 5 stars

Lisa Buchanan1I made an appointment online and received a confirmation email the same day for an oil change. The next day I again received a confirmation email. Once again the third day I received a confirmation email. This started on a Friday. My appt was made for Monday at 4:15. Monday morning someone calls to notify they don't have an appointment available for the time I chose. I wasn't happy but I rescheduled for two days later. They preformed my service and I got home to compare the results from the inspection with the last oil change they did. Six months ago I was told my breaks were in the front were 6mm and the back 4mm. Wednesday I was told they were all 7mm. I haven't had any brake work done so someone doesn't know what they are doing. My tire depths were the same way, 6 months ago they were 7/32 and Wednesday 8/32. They were the same tires! Not sure I trust them to work on my car.

Dande Ward1I will never go back to Dellen (or Inskeep for that matter). Worst experience ever with a 3 year lease. Acadia had transmission problems from the beginning. Terrible customer service from the majority in the service department. They even put a bad piece (all busted up air housing unit) back in when it was getting repaired. How does that happen?!?! Or who does business that way?!?!
