  The best jewelry store that I ever been to. This service is excellent.The prices are very good. Family owned and operated. They even gave my girlfriend a beautiful unexpected Christmas gift! I highly recommend that you shop there.

  I am a very long time client. I have never been to a more professional pawn shop. When taking jewelry they actually take a picture of it, print it out and you sign it. When you pick up the property they match the signed picture to the items picked up. I also like their selection they have jewelry for every budget. They have a true desire to help. Sometimes things people bring in are not things they want to lend on. They are a business if they dont want to lend against appliances or items you are bringing in, that is their choice. Runing a pawn shop is serious business you are giving people money with the expectation that they return for their property and pay you simple interest. If you do not return after 4 whole months they give you an additional grace period. If you dont remember or care to pick up they have to sell the property. This is a competitive business they lend as much as financially possible to stay open and make a living. I commend the entire staff for always opening on time, always remaining open until the posted hours and caring enough to continue doing this work in spite of all the negatives that come with operating a brick and mortar store. We all have options, we can do anything we wish, be it working for the post office or driving an uber. These folks have decided to be collateral lenders, you must show respect to receive respect. I have personally witnessed some of the most difficult people say and do some of he most disrespectful things because they can not get their way. It is no one else's fault that something is not of the value you expected. You can sell it on Ebay or offer up if you feel you are being short changed by a for profit business with running lights and a floor full of staff.

  Ignore the negative remarks. Art and staff are the most thorough, experienced and honest bunch i have ever encountered in pawn. As someone who has sold literally 10's of thousands of dollars worth of everything from Rolexes to jade statues and guitars. Harts is far and away my first choice.

  First time there and I was impressed with how neat the shop was and walked out feeling satisfied with the amount I was able to get for my things my transaction was handled professionaly Staff was very polite. Definatly will be going back to them again. You guys rock thanks again 👍👍👍👍

  Doesn't check the merchandise well. Automatically assumed a Roger Dubis Easy Diver watch was fake. Then asks for the papers of authenticity. Very unprofessional.

  Sorry about the experience that you had encountered. We have been operating for over 30 years and we do our best to make sure that we purchase, sell or lend on merchandise that we can stand behind and confirm its authenticity. If for any reason we are suspicious about an item we refuse to take it. In order to double check on a particular items authenticity, we do ask to have the original box with papers so we can certify that serial numbers on both the watch and box actually match.
