  We cannot express how thankful we are to have been referred to Marcell and Isabel. We never thought the proecss would be so difficult, but after being turned down by 3 mortgage companies in Visalia, we really thought we had no hope. We went in to meet with Marcell and Isabel in a last effort. Within 45 minutes we were approved and today we received our key from our Real Estate agent. Thank you both for working a miracle.
