  This was my second home I have bought going through Candice. Through this entire process Candice was always on top of everything.she goes out of her way to make sure that her clients are up to date on information and also up to date on what’s going on with the loan process. She was always there day or night to answer any of my calls or text messages. If there is any loan officer that I would recommend it definitely would be Candice! She ensures that everything is getting done in a timely manner an the best part is she will communicate directly to the estate agent.   Candice will work hard for you, do the legwork, and get your loan process quickly. She kept me updated through the entire process. Text and called on her family vacation throughout the holidays to make sure we had all the paperwork in timely and were still on schedule for closing. Definitely made the homebuying process much easier than previous experiences.

  Candice Garrett is a Top Pro! While working through our loan she always got right back to us. We started out with a corporate bank, but after the corporate bank’s agent took three whole business days to return our call we cancelled with them and went with Candice Garrett. Our Visalia Realtor recommended Candice as someone with experience in the local Visalia market to close escrow. Working with Candice made the loan process a breeze in fact 100% of the transactions were done either over the phone, via text messaging, e-mails or through electronic document signing. Candice was able to work with us to buy our home in Visalia California while we were in Arizona!

  Candice Garrett is simply Amazing! We are first time home buyers & she made the whole process easy to understand and answered every question we had…& boy did we have A LOT of questions!!! She was always there for us (LITERALLY day & night), whether it was a to return a late night text message or to take 5 from her own little girl’s dance competition to give us a call simply to calm our nerves by providing such informative clarity rather than reassurance alone. We have realized several times during this process that Candice truly went above & beyond what a loan officer’s role actually is, always a step ahead of us in order to catch (then immediately & thoroughly smooth out) even the smallest of wrinkles on the pathway leading us into our first home, preventing any major bumps from forming in the first place.
