  Very Polite, professional loan officers but I cannot say the same for the underwriting process. I started the loan process with Velocio Mortgage for the purchase of my new built home, 8 months before the loan closed. The entire process leading up to underwriting went smooth and the whole process was mapped out on their easy to navigate, loan portal. I submitted all documents to Velocio within a few hours of the request as to prevent any hold up on my end. 24 hours prior to loan closing I was contacted by my loan officer and asked to provide additional documents that would reasonably take longer than 24 hours to retrieve and was told I wouldn't be able to close on time if I failed to produce. My closing date was then rescheduled which caused me a substantial financial hardship and I had to incur additional costs in order to close on the rescheduled date. This issue could have been avoided if I was notified of the documents needed more than 24 hours prior to my scheduled closing. I would not recommend Velocio Mortgage to a friend or family member until they make significant changes to their underwriting process.

  It’s was a long battle! It taught me and my family Resilience and determination! Brandon provided support through out the process. He was able to provide some great insight on Financial approach. His approach appeared tough but his intentions are for YOUR FAMILY best interest! When you allow HIM in your driver seat, you will see GREAT THINGS happen. I am soo glad I remain faithful throughout process. It’s not ALWAYS easy but it WORTH it! Thank you Brandon

  Velocio was excellent to work with to secure my home loan. Lisa was responsive, professional, and diligent in helping us throughout this process. I would definitely recommend Velocio to anyone looking to buy a home.

  This was my first experience and it was not the best. Communication was an issue from start to end. My mortgage loan officer was hard to get in contact with. I would send emails and leave voicemails and none of inquiries got a response. The ONLY reason I give 2 stars is because my loan processor was awesome! He always answered or returned my calls. At my closing I had an issue with documents and I could not get in contact with my MLO. There is so much more I can say but wont. This was not a good experience for me!

  Amanda and delaney did an amazing job assisting me into getting my first homeowners loan! I'm so grateful this opportunity became reality for my daughter and I!   I worked with this team to finance my home and they did such a great job. I’m a first time homebuyer and I had a lot learn about the home buying process but this team made everything easy for me and constantly stayed on top of contacting me for anything they needed for me. I highly recommend them for your home financing!

  Everything went smoothly in my closing process. Throughout the process Amanda, Delaney and Erin would contact me for updates and what could delay my closing date. So, I was aware of different possibilities ahead of time. I had a great experience with this team.
