  0/5 double charged, called to address it and was met with the most incompetent and unprofessional staff ever. Kimberly badge #13662 and Crystal badge #19616 answered the phone rude, condescending and hostile. Offered no help or solutions and didn’t even know bank policies or procedures. Not sure if they have weight issues or family problems but they definitely should not be working at a call center. I will be closing my accounts here, chase is a better alternative.

  Fantastic team! The entire members of the team at the Bothell Branch are super-efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. They are number 1 in my Book. Thanks and keep up the good work.

  Had an amazing experience at this branch. Everyone was courteous, polite, and even more so, takes COVID pre-cautions seriously. It's probably going to be hard to go in since appointments are required, but I'd much rather be safe than sorry. Also, props to the employees. Extremely nice and relatable.

  No idea why banks and credit Unions are still closed ? If you can go to Fred Meyer and get a money order, why can't the bank do the same. If everyone is wearing mask and everyone sticks to the 'safe distance' the virus can spared, can't jump out of my pocket into your face! If we can to go Costco, Home Depot, Trader Joe's why not to our bank ! Why are our financial institutions 'special'? The service does not match the interest rates they charge on credit card!! Such nonsense. Also I find it super irritating when I call and the voice message tells me to go online ! If I wanted to go online, I would NOT call would I ??? Then one has to listen to loads of rubbish before getting to a humanoid...useless time wasting system.

We can understand how this has impacted our member’s experiences, but are proud at how we have been able to continue to serve our membership through these unprecedented times.   Worst Experience Ever. I just open a Checking account with this bank because i thought it was more convenient for me since i have an auto loan with them. well worst experience. i didn't get my debit card after a month, every time i call customer service answers in a very bad mood. Like now i just spoke with a Carol, i think she was in a bad mood or something and she put me on hold for 10 minutes because she needed to ask about someone about apple pay. come on guys i have a big loan, i'm paying interest, i'm trying to be a nice customer but unfortunately you have not treating me the with respect. Please people try to go to a different bank if you can.

  I thought Haborstone was a credit union with a desire to take care of it''s members! Apparently not, I have a small business and submitted for their help with the Coved-19 PPP funding and after a week they got back to me with a list of additional items they wanted. 2 days later they let me know they were not going to help me because my business was organized outside the state of WA! NOW THERE IS NO MORE STIMULUS MONEY LEFT!!!! I will never use them again and I will seek legal advice on how I should handle this. I am very disappointed that a VP did not even call me just sent me and email. NICE!!!

  Clean, airy, new innovation of teller station. Walk in and doesn't look like a banking office. Situated in the area of new town homes and strip mall. Close to town of Bothell and Woodinville.
