  Boomer Chavez was the gentleman that helped me and he did a great job. I was on a time crunch since I was on my lunch and had quite a few things to get done. I needed to pay off a loan, pay off a credit card and deposit cash. Then I applied for another personal (unsecured loan) he got me in and out very quick and the entire time he had to help another coworker. He multitasked and performed above and beyond, even during the lunch rush hour. Great employee. Give the man a raise!!

  I’ve had excellent service, courteous Tellers both inside & at drive-thru. And I mean consistently since this branch opened. I’ve banked at Hapo for years and I’ll continue thanks to the commitment of the staff at Duportail Hapo. Thank you

  I've had this account for 5 months. There has been an issue every month. Screwed up money transfer from another local bank, auto withdrawal still hasn't happened, my statements go to someone else not our address. The guy yesterday, Micheal at Dupertail location, was a tool. Said I had to come in, they can't help over the phone. Even said they can't verify identity over the phone. Wow, everywhere else can. I work 12 hr shifts but thanks for nothing bud. Hapo makes it happen..... I beg to differ.

  I’ve been banking with HAPO for about 6 years. They have really good customer service, a friendly and helpful staff, and a mobile app that works really well. The interior is always clean and nice, and there is usually just a short wait for a teller. HAPO is everything I need from a bank.

  People are nice but website doesnt work worth a damn and nobody ever answers the phone. You're always on hold for 30 min at the least. This is the worst bank/credit union I have ever dealt with by far.
