  Working with Cathy and her team was an amazing experience! Compared to previous refinances and home purchases through other entities, Cathy and her team set the bar high for how companies should navigate their clients through the process. We were educated on exactly what to expect and were kept informed throughout the entire process. Anyone looking for someone to work with should look no further than Baker Mortgage.   Very disappointing. After four phone calls and an email cathy financially called us back. We have an excellent credit score and would have been an ideal customer. After speaking with her I had another question. I called twice and sent an email and still have heard nothing back. Her office expressed that Cathy would be the only one to speak with. I cannot understand why she continues to advertise but is too busy to provide any communication. After speaking with her office of which provided multiple excuses why she wasn't available, anywhere from doctors appointments, conference calls, out to lunch etc. I gave up. She never asked our name and told me she would email the forms to fill out so she could run our report. Still nothing. I would not recommend Baker Mortgage. It was quite embarrassing to have recommended her on mutiple occasions and to receive this kind of service. 👎

  We didn't end up going with baker mortage because the builder offered us so many incentives including a lower interest rate, down-payment assistance, and help with closing cost. However, Baker mortage was great. Kathy taught me more on the phone than i had learned anywhere else. She also gave me an honest assessment of what I could comfortably afford. The housing market is hot so it took a day or two between messages to get a response. Be patient! Your not the only customer.

  The service, communication and general hand holding that Cathy and her team offered to a first time home buyers like us was beyond what we expected. They were responsive and informative and while I don't expect to be buying a home for some time, I will come back to Cathy when I do!

  I just closed on my refinance today and I have to say Cathy, Jay, Danielle are just wonderful people. They are trustworthy and personal. As a business owner and single mom, I have a crazy schedule and they worked with me every step of the way. For some of the other mortgage companies I interviewed, they told me I would close on this refinance in a few "months". However with Baker Mortgage, they were efficient and organized and I closed in less than 3 weeks! I am just so happy to work with this local company because of their approach and made me feel comfortable throughout the process! They answered all of my questions and would HIGHLY recommend them!

  I just bought a rental house with no realtor and Cathy was great. She is patient, answers all questions, and is honest and trustworthy. Talking and working with her is like working with a trusted and intelligent parent, guiding you through the process to make sure your loan is what you want and need.....not one that fills her coffers. One experience that really stood out is when you call the company, someone answers the call immediately and helps immediately....no delays and no "tap dancing" around issues or questions. I could have gone through a cheaper on-line provider, but I am very pleased I did not as I wanted it done right, on time, with confidence, and without surprises. Highly recommend!

  Cathy was awesome! I couldn’t get a loan for the amount I needed and when I went to Cathy she made it happen, and fast! She closed me in less than 3 weeks and it was the easiest, least stressful experience I have ever had buying a house!
