Chase Summers1So this group is something to behold, I was the seller of a property being funded by these guys. They were beyond a complete train wreck. From the inability to finalize numbers until the last possible minutes, almost causing me to lose a contract on a home I was purchasing out of state, to not fulfilling promises agreed to. This guy David Coker made my real estate agent guarantees in which he did not produce. We closed the deal with assurances and he fell thru. If you want a complete disaster, this is your company for sure. I have given David plenty of time to make right his promises with no success and even worse no replies to my requests. Take your business elsewhere!
