Lonnie Keller5My wife and I decided to purchase a boat so we turned to FLCU for the financing. Our loan officer for this transaction, Mr. Massin Cohen, proved to be the most patient, professional and efficient individual I've conducted business with in years. Not only did he get my approval completed to funding once, but twice because I changed my mind. After several hurdles I raised he never once showed frustration or anger, just kept on going without complaint. In my line of business them traits are nonexistent and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with he and the 43rd Street team of FLCU. I look forward to doing business with him again in the future as well as referring him to friends and associates.

Emma Hunter1The drive through lady name Mrs.Joan took 40 minutes to take my transactio. I had to go inside while being 9 months pregnant and I was in pain, the gentleman on the inside took my transaction less than 5 minutes. Joan need to retire or find another job that suits her. She didn’t know anything about her job.

Bethany Addington Darius1Stopped in urgently needing quarters to inflate a flat tire. I gave the teller a $10 bill and asked if I could exchange for a roll of quarters. She threw her hands up, gave the bill back, and asked “Are you even a member with us?” It was a very simple and reasonable request, and her response turned it into an embarrassing situation. Certainly will not be doing any more serious business here.

Andrew Daoust1I am a Military Member and had dealt with over a dozen banks in the past 8 years. Florida Credit Union is one of the worst. I prompted for help with an existing account and was never able to get a hold of anyone for one week. I attempted to leave a call back and never received one. I called one loan department and they put me on hold. I called another and explained my situation and she cut me off and asked for my account number. The rep was rude and when I asked for a confirmation email she seemed bothered. So with the 2 people I spoke with today I have learned one thing, Florida Credit Union has reps that don’t care for customers and are the rudest of all reps that I have dealt with and provided little to no help. I would strongly advise to go with another bank that has high ratings in customer satisfaction.
