  The whole experience was awesome. This is the 5th house I buy in my lifetime, and in comparison with all the other lenders I had had to deal with, this time the experience was flawless. Shannon Young is absolutely great. Very attentive to details and kept me informed during the entire process. There was no guessing in my part. Becky Tantillo, also, an excellent resource.   Just wanted to say that I am an very experieced Real Estate Broker, who has done hundereds of transactions for both buyers and sellers over the last 10 years. The service I experienced with the Close with Us Team was the best I have seen in a long, long time...possibly ever! The communication and customer service exceeded any of my expectations, as the typical service provided from most Mortgage Lenders, is disappointing at best.   The closewithus team was by far the best lender I have ever worked with. Sometimes lenders seem to work against realtors rather than with us. From the beginning, they aligned together even by putting my picture in the emails letting the client know we work together for their betterment. The instructional videos were a plus. Many first time buyers don't understand the process and I believe this made each step a smoother transition. I was always updated on the process and never had to hunt people down for answers or updates. I will refer business to your company and hope to do more deals in the future together.

  First of all, I would like to thank Kelly Gustafson for her assistance. I never thought the mortgage process can be such a quick and efficient process!! Kelly answered all my questions and was always quick to reply to all my emails!! From start to finish, the entire process took approximately 3 weeks!! Carla Fernandez also did an amazing job, processing my paperwork and helping me meet my closing deadline. I would refer Resolution home loans to anyone looking for a mortgage! Thank you again!
