  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with this bank! Gesner Florant was SO AMAZING and did such a great job processing our loan QUICKLY so we could close on time. His team was such a dream to work with, including Marlene who was also so friendly. If you are looking for a home loan here in the states, make sure you speak with Gesner. Communications was key and I followed everything like Michel told me to do. Resulting at the end I was able to purchase my first home ever. I'm so happy for me and my family.   Terrible customer service for my FTX Debit card, never got through to anyone. Put on hold and stayed on hold forever, was told to leave a message by the automated machine. I left a message, never got a call back, a follow up or anything.
