  I have used Clear Choice several times, and the results have been always the same. Joey and his Team go above, and beyond to give their clients a 5 Star Experience. If your a Realtor you wouldn't want to use anyone else besides Clear Choice. If your a buyer same thing,reason being is that they offer a 10 day clear to close. So wheater you are a Realtor or a buyer and you want to stand out in a competitive offer situation, than what better way than to be able to offer your clients a 10 day clear to close to compete with. Not only do they do a thorough job of pre qualifying, they are available 24/7 How aggravating it can be knowing the listing agent wants to speak with your lender and their is no one to answer the call.
