  Second time working with Dave. Honestly better than anyone else I've worked with. Able to beat just about anyone's rates and get you what you need. Great guy and lender highly recommended. Hallmark is solid company to work with as well no issues that couldn't be overcome. Nice to have someone local to sit down and go over options and fix issues.

  Jason Kain helped us get our loan for our new house. He made the entire loan process as easy as possible. Jason was great communicating with us throughout the entire process. We've used Jason for a prior home and would use Jason again if we move again. We highly recommend Jason if you are in need of a mortgage.

  David is very easy to communicate with, approachable. We were very new to this Mortgage process in US and he understood our needs and explained us and helped us when ever possible.
