Joey Schoonover2I had an appointment scheduled head of time at 1:30 and I showed up at 1:15 out of courtesy. I ended up waiting until 1:48 to eventually get “help”. The said “help” I received was just being told I have to wait until June to refinance. I would have rather been told that over the phone than have to make 2 other appointments. 2 stars for 2 appointments

Irydian Gutierrez1Worst drive through ever. They have one person on a busy day. I’ve been there multiple times in the past few weeks and waited for over 30 mins at the drive through when it was finally my turn they didn’t even acknowledge me or apologized for the delay still had me waiting for another 10 mins and I asked for my ID Back because they were taking way too long and I had to leave by then and again he didn’t even apologize or say anything else. Centra on 25th is quicker and more professional staff.

Ian Godfrey1If the service was any slower they would move backwards. They are more interested in socializing with each other than getting customers taken care of. This one is much closer to my house but in the time it takes them to take care of 2 customers I could get to the other one and back 3 times. This ie the third time been to this branch and it's the same every time.

Jake C5Tellers are friendly and polite, accounts are easy to set up, their overdraft protection fee is only 50 cents compared to fifth thirds $12.50! Good place for young adults to start building credit.

Ryan Hawn1Well you have to love it when you get a hateful call from their worthless loan officers who just call to tell you that you as a customer is an inconvenience. No info at all was given, not even her name. Just a very rude, hateful, short tone and responses, you could tell that she had to get out suck down her cigarette. So if you're looking for proper customer service and a bank that cares, and is willing to help I suggest seek elsewhere, I know I did.
