  Bailey & Wood made my home loan experience so easy. I'm a first-time home buyer, and everything was new to me. They answered all of my questions and helped me navigate the process with ease.   I was acquainted with one of the brokers who helped me through the process of a buyout of my home during my divorce. She was very professional through the whole process and kept in great contact with me every step of the way. I had been burned by brokers in the past, but this was a wonderful experience.   We were extremely happy with B&W as a whole and with Carolyn Darr in particular through the entire process of application through close. Very responsive and very personable. I originally approached a big bank about a mortgage but was either completely ignored (never returned calls or emails) or given what I thought was a minimum level of assistance; definitely NOT 167% better. Glad a friend of mine recommended B&W and Carolyn. I iwould absolutely use them again if I was looking for another mortgage.

  Getting finance for a home can make you anxious and it can be complicated depending on your situation. As someone who had to file bankruptcy in the past, after a divorce, I was nervous about the whole process. My worries, literally, were a complete waste of time. Ginger and the staff at Bailey & Wood, treated me like family and made financing so simple. If you want a company that works for you with a "we will get it done" attitude, you want Bailey & Wood!
