  Hall Lending was recommended to us by a family member. When we had an idea on when we wanted to start looking at houses and finding financial support to get a home, we started filling out the online application. Before I had even completed filling out the application in full, an associate from Hall Lending reached out to us to get the ball rolling. They were quick to set up and explain all of the documents needed to get the process up and going. We got to work with Hope directly throughout the process which gave us a ton of reassurance. Hope also put us into contact with our realtor, who was also reliable, professional, and accommodating. Hall Lending was flexible and provided us with all the necessary information needed to get started on buying our first home. The only feedback I have is that there seemed to be a lot of associates working on our application and processing at once, so we often were talking to different people about a wide variety of subject matters at the same time. This wasn't a huge issue as all the staff were helpful and nice, but it did make it a little difficult for us to keep everything in order from our end. Our entire process was done online due to Covid restrictions at the time, but that didn't put a dent in the process at all. Hall Lending made it fast and simple. We have been in our home for around 4 months now and things have been running smoothly.

  Hope, Tasha and team are phenomenal. Made buying my first home and all the fun that comes with it simple and easy. Even when we ran into a few issues they handled it like pros and kept me informed and always answered questions I had no matter how dumb they were!

  We thought it will take us years of saving up to get a house until someone recommended Hall Lending Group. A friendly team with excellent agents, and very professional service. Mrs. Hope gave us hope by making it possible to get our dream come true, buying our fist Home Sweet Home:). Also, shout out to our excellent agent, Amber Beck who was extremely patient and pleasant to work with. I am just amazed with the service they offered me. we finally closed onto our house and the process was made easy by her and she is always there answering all of our questions. always. as a first time home buyer, you never know what to expect and we are pleased and happy.   Hope Hall went above and beyond to help us! She understands that everyone’s situation is unique and will do everything she can to get you where you want to be and into the home of your dreams! Very professional and knowledgeable. Alicia also helped with processing our loan and she was amazing! I had so many questions - she took her time and was so patient with me! They’ve treated us better than any bank or credit union! They genuinely care and are happy to help you! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
