  Very disappointed in this company. I got the loan to build my credit. I was told by the lady writing my loan that they would report every month to all three credit agencies. They have reported nothing. I have made all payments on time through electronic payment. Have gotten the run around by the office staff, customer service, and there credit disputes department. I did however get a very high interest rate and a loan that doesn’t help my credit. I would not recommend this company. Save some time and money, and don’t go here.

  Tiffany the manager lies. I asked for a deferment, they took 160.00 out of my account, and then billed me for a month behind and late fees. Yes, after they took the exact amount for a deferment payment.

  They flood your mailbox saying your pre approved for x amount of dollars. Then after wasting your time they offer you 10% of what the initial offer was. Holly was the lady I felt with. When was very unprofessional and when I asked to be removed from their mailing list she laughed at me. The other day I received another offer from them in the mail. Don't waste your time.

  If I could leave zero stars...I would. Jess Palmersheim told me a bold faced in the morning about the terms of my getting a loan. I drove to the car lot, set something up that matched said terms then spent, literally, all day waiting and calling. She knew we were waiting at the car lot and went off to lunch. Meanwhile, we had to cancel appointments and not get a thing accomplished ALL DAY. All this to find out that the terms had changed. Wasted a whole day while putting up with attitude from them. Think I will be putting a call into the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can think of to report their lies. Don't waste your time...they will just give you the runaround.

  I had an extremely great experience. Jess and the team made me really feel at home. I felt their main purpose was to be my financial advisors. I will continue to consult Jess and OneMain for all of my lending needs. It was a simply stunning and beautiful expirence. I cannot Thank You enough.

  I love One Main! They are friendly, helpful, and quick! They have the loan process streamlined and it can be done in person or online! You get your money fast! :)

  Folks, try not to use these people. They prey on desperate people. Interest rates are ridiculous. We knew what we were doing so don't get sucked in like us. Short term fix is a long term costly mistake. Please consider other options.

  Even if you are dead broke don’t go to this place!! You will never get out from under your loan as they charge ridiculous interest rates. But I signed the paperwork so my mistake I guess but very little goes towards the principle and will bury you. Just tough it out or go elsewhere if you want a loan.

  Got my loan 3 years ago and they have the worst customer service ever. They are rude every time I go in to pay my monthly payment and the interest rate is the highest you can get I swear. Sure should have had it paid off by now with all the money I've given them. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy!!

  Very friendly , prompt and less than 24hr process. Applied on a Sunday, call and approval on Monday. The online payment system is great so as it shows you loan amount with interest included.
