  I have banked here for several years and never had a bad experience until last month. I recieved a counterfeit bill at this location and they will not resolve the situation after the representative I chatted with online said I would be reimbursed. I even went as far as going in to get an update as the branch manager never followed up. No follow up after I went in either, unfortunately. Very disappointing

  Ok for banking, but never get insurance through them. They do everything they can not to follow the law for house claims. They also send you a ton of junkmail and promotions on their banking website for 3rd parties, a bit annoying.

  A good place to do your banking needs. Been a veridian customer for over 10 years, with no complaints. The only thing I don't like is the branch at HyVee in Marion is being closed out. Customer service is GREAT!

  Staff is always friendly. Veridian has never charged us any fees. We have a home loan and 2 car loans through them and have been satisfied with their accommodations.

  They send out junk mail that actually has important information but by it looking like junk mail or the dang lulife insurance they keep peddling. I or most people didn't read it! So when accounts added numbers to checking and savings make sure you know what new numbers are to what account! Caused a overdraft and probably will go home to no lights cause it took from wrong account! Moving credit union to another soon!

  Very dissatisfied with the way they handled fraud on my credit card situation. They fail to flag your account or notify you about suspicious activity and They make you jump through a million hoops to finally get a tiny bit of money back.

  Have an account here for 6 or 7 years now. They have super friendly staff and no fees. I even went over my balance before my check cleared one time, and did not get charged.
