  Excellent, excellent, and more excellent! We requested an early closeout and Hao delivered with zero hiccups thoughtout the entire process. Hao offered assistance any time day or night, which was sort of like a safe haven as it was reassuring to know that my questions were always answered in a timely manner. Equally important to note was that I knew nothing about the home buying process but - rest assure, if you chose Hao, he will guide you through and make sure to give you the best option available. It is also worth mentioning that even the title company's escrow processor and the seller's agent ranted about Hao's work ethic and efficiency.   Hao has to be the hardest working person in the business. He does an incredible job with communication; answering texts, email, and calls - even when he takes a last second trip out of town. Hao was extremely patient and very transparent with every step of the financing process. We were trying to time the completion of our remodel with the refinance andj Hao gave us his professional opinion and allowed us to make our own decision. Needless to say but the renovation did not complete on time but Hao was able to leverage his experience and reassured us everything would work out. Working with Hao allowed us to focus our stress and annoyance with everything BUT the finance process. I cannot recommend Hao and H2 Lending enough for a hassle/stress free refinance.
