  Tom Gilley and the Fairway team were recommended to us by a friend and they were absolutely amazing. From start to end he was always there to explain and answer any questions we had (and we had a lot) through the process. He helped explain things so well and even though we probably were annoying he never once made us feel like we are being a pain. Him and his team really made the whole process easy on us and were right there through the whole 6-8mo journey. Would without a doubt recommend him to anyone looking to buy!

  The best mortgage professional i’ve ever worked with. I am a first-time homebuyer and Tom was there for me every step of the way by answering any and every question I had. Tom took the time to explain anything I didn’t know or just needed some more clarification on. The whole process from start to finish went SO smooth and I felt 100% comfortable and confident closing on my first home. I am so glad I had him and his team in my corner, i’ll remember this forever.   I found my dream home, but was I wanting too much? Alas, it's a Holiday, how can I wait that long to find out if I qualify, I forsaw a sleepless night coming up. I tried anyway with Tom & was really shocked & excited that he answered my email right away & did the numbers. He told me he could help make it happen & he did. I'm a first time home-buyer & would highly recommend Tom & his team, who walked me through the process. It's been over a year now & I still contact him, when I have questions or concerns, he's very timely in his response. He continues to educate me on my options. So glad I found Fairway & Tom.

  Tom and his team were amazing from start to finish. We were first time home buyers and had no idea what this process entailed. Tom was thorough, efficient, understanding, and extremely kind throughout each step. He is very knowledgeable working with VA loans and helped us so much more than any other lender we spoke with.
