  I had a great experience with Fairway Independent Mortgage. This is the third house I have purchased, and I can honestly that this is the best experienced I’ve had. Carolina Espinoza worked very hard to meet the timeline of the closing date and she was excellent in communicating with me throughout the process. She explained things in a way that was very easy to understand and was always available when I had questions about my process. Anyone looking for help with the process of buying a new house Fairway Independent Mortgage is the right place.

  Ask for LINDA DAVIDSON!!! Linda is the absolute BEST! She works around the clock to get things done, is excellent, so responsive and proficient! If you want to get things done, call Linda. She is **absolutely**in a league of her own! She is so smart and kind as well. She takes time to explain everything to you, and she is so lovely to talk to. You can tell she really cares about her clients. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her!

  Nicole and her team we absolutely fabulous once again! (She helped purchase my first home 3 years ago) It was a bumpy road (due to the appraisal & nothing Nicole could control) but we made it to the closing table before the end of the month and I couldn't be more greatful for all the help. I gave Nicole a number I was willing to work with for a monthly payment and she immediately ran numbers and told me what price point I should look at. 6 months later we found the home we wanted and closed within a timely matter!

  The best experience with Fairway Independent Mortgage Com. and with Carolina Espinosa. She was in constant communication and didn’t mind to answer all the questions i had during the process. She was available anytime during the week. Getting the documents back and forth was a breeze all from my iPhone.   Loved working with Tom Gilley on my loan. I had a nightmare time trying to get a loan last year and it fell through. So I was worried I'd have the same issue this year. But, I was surprised at how easy getting the loan was. Tom answered all my questions and assured me the whole time that it would be fine. He was right. We closed without any problems on time.
