  I came into the store to have jewelry repair work done. They were so pleasant and did a wonderful job repairing my jewelry. I brought it in in the morning and they had it finished by the that afternoon. The showroom is top notch also. I bought a beautiful pair of earrings and I couldn't believe the price. Thank you Gulf Coast Jewelry and Loan! You are the Best!!!!!!!!

  I came to Gulf Coast Jewelry and Loan to see if they had Wedding sets that I might like, and BOY DID THEY!!! They had a great selection of Beautiful Diamond Rings. I fell in Love with 2 of them and the price, THE PRICE WAS SO MUCH LOWER than the other places I looked. It Was so hard to choose but they were so nice and helped me pick my forever ring. This Jewelry Store is top notch, The best I won't go anywhere else!

  By far the best experience I’ve had at a pawn shop. This was my first time here and Melissa was exceptional at helping me. I was approached with a warm hello as soon as my daughter and I walked in. Great vibes in this place. Family owned and operated business which is a plus. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Melissa asked my permission before she gave my daughter a lollipop! I will definitely be coming back to do business here again! P.S. my kid is still talking about Italy the Pup 😍

  Great customer service very friendly and helped me out in a huge way no questions asked they are there to help in you need a loan. But you should check out there inventory they have some beautiful jewelry pieces!!!   I have never met another jeweler like Jim with the attention to detail in his work and the care for his customers. I bent my platinum engagement ring moving furniture. While it saved my finger, the ring was so badly bent that it nearly had to be cut to get if off my finger. Surely, I thought it would require a major repair. However, Jim worked his magic and was able to fix my ring to perfection within minutes while I waited! I highly recommend him if you need a repair or custom jewelry piece done. Thank you, my friend!

  I get all my jewelry repaired here and have for the last 16 years, They always are friendly and quick to accommodate. I have also bought custom pieces from them as well. I would highly recommend Jim and staff for all your jewelry needs!

  I've been doing business with Gulf Coast Jewelry and Loan for over a decade from loans to layaways, and will not go anywhere else. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry at good prices and the establishment is clean, organized, elegant, and the customer service is awesome! Jim has always treated me with great respect and is very courteous. I love coming in there and being greeted warmly by everyone, especially by their sweet, beautiful chocolate lab named "Winchester." I highly recommend them.
