Chad Reincke5Larry and his team helped my wife and I with the loan for our 1st home. He was there to help us from the start by guiding us on what we needed to do to get our approval, answering all the questions from contract to closing day, and even today when I have had questions about my escrows. He told you what to expect before it happened and made the process easy. He was very responsive and if he was not available he got back to us in no time. I would recommend Larry and his team to family and friends with no hesitation. Their customer service was second to none.

angelo adamcyk1I worked with "chip" christopher Farrar. i would say this had to be one of the worst experiences i have ever had with anyone, in regards to a deal. This is the first time i am purchasing a home but have been in the customer service industry for 7 years as a car dealer. First when he was trying to get me to work with him as my mortgage guy, he was very persistent calling me about 3 times a day. When i finally gave him a chance and started to move forward with him, each time to get ahold of him got harder and harder ( you would think you should be able to get ahold of the guy handling your mortgage). First it seemed great said i was approved ( which was a relief when going into buying your first home you get excited) said i was going to get a 3.62% rate which couldn't be locked in until i got a contract but wouldn't move much higher then that. About 3 weeks maybe a month later i found the house i wanted to purchase and my closing date was to be may 26th. mind you this was about march 4th when we had agreed terms with the seller. I told him id like to do a rate lock and get my disclosures as well as start moving forward. He finally got back to me and told me my rate would be 4.875% now a 1.25 % difference which is insane. He says because the rates have jumped a lot since we first talked ( i call bullshit) but i continue to move forward anyhow not wanting to start all over again. Then i called a few times over and over again to try and get ahold of him cause i have not received my disclosures yet and sellers want a commit to loan cause they are trying to purchase another house in another state. He finally called me back stated that hes been super busy with other closing and clients and he would get them to me by 2 pm that afternoon. well 2 came and went still did not receive anything so i called him the next day again with no answer nor response to texts. finally got ahold of him 2 days later letting him know exactly how i felt in a nice professional manner stating that if he gives me a time that he will have something to me i expect it to be there or at-least a phone call or text stating that he was running behind and would get it to me as soon as possible. He said he understood and that there is no excuse for that and he was sorry and that he swore he would get it to me by 7 that night. ( this was at about 430) So reluctantly i said alright, all along knowing it would never come. which i was correct it never did. so the weekend went by with him not responding to any calls nor texts. Still did not hear from him Monday or Tuesday i finally got a text on Wednesday asking for my license so he can finish putting the disclosures together ( because now our closing date moved to may 5th which i think he put me on the back burner cause originally the closing date was so far out.) i sent him the license instantly. 8pm that night i finally got my disclosures. Here is where it seems like i'm being scammed ( mind you he originally told me my closing cost would be no more then 6250 , and then my 3.5% down payment the sellers were giving me 5k in concessions so i figured OK id only have to come out about 1250) well disclosures say other wise. From what i read was that it was going to be a total of about 15k minus the 5k from the sellers id have to bring 10k plus my 3.5% down. I'm buying a 180k house not a 225k house. It may be my first time buying a house buy i'm not a moron on how much closing cost are going to be. He also originally stated that their origination fee is only 699 or something of that sorts well now they were around 1200. This is long enough but if i were you id go with someone else before choosing this guy or this company. oh one last thing apparently not getting back to people runs in the office. his assistant called me a few days ago stating that she was getting things moving forward and what not. well i told her that i'm not moving anything forward until chip explains how the closing cost where so high all of a sudden. Ofcoarse never heard back from her. Do not do business with this company or him.

Bobbie Cooper5Found Larry to be knowledgeable, responsive, thorough and professional. It's nice to deal with someone face to face, rather than someone far away on the other end of the phone. Larry gets the job done!
