  Incredible shop. Walked in, was greeted immediately! Was helped numerous times. Guys genuinely cared that I was taken care of. All I did was INQUIRE about my necklace getting fixed. And they just took it to the jeweler and knocked it out FREE OF CHARGE. Talk about customer service. While I waited, cause I had no idea, the reps held decent conversation. It's a fantastic selection of jewelry and tools in the shop as well. I'm happy, satisfied, and surely recommend. I even watched them help pawn some stuff for 2 ppl while I was there and the gentleman in front of me need his ring smoothed out. They took care of ALL OF US! Truly hope you have just as an amazing experience as I did. I wasn't there long either.

  I called to inquire about a item me and my girlfriend pawned. And I got the wrong store. The young man that answered was extremely freaking rude, and I can’t not wait to get ahold of the higher ups to see if that’s how they like they’re employees talking to customers. He told me to go ask my girlfriend about the item (when both of us had pawned it together) and I was wanting to make a payment. And then decided to tell me looks like I need to go talk to her. I work in customer service and this was so bad I wanted to pop him right threw the phone I can’t imagine how he speaks to everyone else.

  This is my first time in any of the Larry's stores. I asked to purchase two items that were clearly priced in the display case and he refused to sell them to me at that price he wanted more. No need to return or visit any other stores it's family operated so they're all the same!

  Stopped in one evening with some unused gift cards and was told that they do not take the gift cards. I get it no problem. One of the 3 guys behind the counter suggested I buy stuff on the cards, he gave me suggestions as to what they wanted and what they would buy I said thank you and left. Took his advice and bought some Milwaukee power tools, like a drill kit and a skill saw totaling $500. Stopped back into Larry's with receipt, ID, and brand new unopened boxes. He made an offer, I accepted the offer, went out to the car came back in and the guy that I was dealing with looked at me and said "you know I just decided I don't even want to do this." That is his right, that is fair, enough I guess.The problem I have is the way that he said it and the way he treated me, especially seeing we had just agreed upon a price. I'm definitely not a liberal snowflake. I have thick skin. I owned a customer service business for 20 years. What I'm saying is this man was degrading, suspicious, and totally unprofessional.. a total disgrace. I mean he could have said right up front I'm not going to do it. I had the receipts, my name on the receipt, identification, dressed nice and a local resident so I thought that could have been handled alot differently. Take my advice do not go to that Larry's location. Go to Midtown Pawn North of there. Very professional. They treated me fairly and courteously. Thank you

  I went at open 9:00 to check it out I was thinking maybe see what jewelry they might but they would not open because they were still putting jewelry out …either change your open time or have your employees come in early I left at 9:10 with them still not open

  I have been going into this shop for about two years now. I have never heard anyone treated rudely, nor have i ever been treated with anything but respect. Your relationship with a pawn broker is a relationship. Take your time. Those are good guys. Great deals on things you need, and they'll even give you a loan in a pinch...and the vig is reasonableness itself.

  I don't spend enough money so I'm not worth their time? Wow. I'm not surprised to see other negative reviews about Larry's Pawn. Their customer service SUCKS. I walked in late afternoon to buy computer speakers they advertised on Craigslist. They got them off the shelf for me, and I tried to plug them into the laptop I brought along. They said, "No, that's little thing's not worth my time to stay around." It turned out, I walked in 10 minutes after they closed. The door was unlocked, they didn't say they were closed, and they showed me the item I was looking for. ...But they wouldn't let me plug in the speakers to my laptop? Oh sorry fellas I don't meet your upper tier of clientele. After expressing my disgust with their lack of customer service, the short buzz haircut worker repeatedly hollered to my as I left... "Have a nice day!"... To the point you know he was being a smart ass. Wow, I pray y'all never have to experience that low level of customer appreciation.

  What a horrible pawn shop! They are nice until you have a problem with their merchandise. We bought a table saw 2 weeks ago. We were cutting our 2nd piece of wood and the motor sparked, smoke came out. We unplugged it. Thank goodness no one got hurt. I called them to let them know what had happened and asked if we could either bring it back or exchange it.. they said "NO, its been 2 weeks and you could have used it several times. It would have been different if you just bought it that day." This WAS an electrical problem. They said they test the equipment as is comes in... then sell it. Obviously they sold us a dangerous equipment.

  Purchased a go pro from these guys, tried powering it up, nothing, figured it needed a charge. Let it charge all day, nothing. Went to batteries plus next day, the problem was with the camera not a battery issue. I went back, with receipt, was told by the owner sorry , nothing we can do. It was only 60 dollars, but it's my 60 dollars, the owner is a crook without morals... I recommend if it plugs in , stay away from these shady people... beware. Will dispute charge with credit card company...jerks
