  We could not have done this without Tommy and Janie. Buying our first home for sale by owner felt at the beginning very overwhelming. By the time Tommy led us through the process, it felt so simplified yet informative. We were recommended by friends and we will certainly recommend Tommy Manzella to all of our community as well. He is fair, concise, took time during a major holiday to explain things to us each step of the process. We couldn't be more grateful!

  Tommy Manzella was great to work with! I nicknamed him "Johnny-on-the-spot." :) He was positive and efficient, and made me feel comfortable going through the refinance process for the first time. He was also proactive, and recommended I seek new home insurance because he recognized that my current home insurance was high. Making this change ultimately made a big difference in my budget, which allowed me to refinance my home as a single homeowner.

  Tommy meticulously guided us through the process of obtaining our construction loan. He was transparent, timely, tenacious and efficient. Not to mention friendly and pleasant. Our loan was slightly complicated by the covid interruption to my business but Tommy searched out and utilized all of his resources to make sure we had a positive outcome.
