  Paul Dours is a godsend . My loan had so many issues due to my very complicated work / life situation and yet Paul managed with his patience and perseverance to get the loan to go through. I even gave up a couple times but Paul stayed calm and stayed the course. For anyone in Louisiana looking for a mortgage broker. Please contact Paul Dours at Gulf coast bank. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

  I don't recommend this bank to anybody. They do not value their customers. The teller was very rude. She doesn't know how to handle a stressful situation and her lack of training shows it. I will never bank with this bank again
