  Great experience from start to finish! Ask for Allison Byrd, she is a godsend for an inexperienced homebuyer. I hardly had the chance to have any questions because she was so on top of everything and communicative throughout the whole process.

  Do not use this bank . In more than one occasion the ATM took my money and I was never credited Their ATM s hardly ever work. The latest disaster I deposited 218 dollars the ATM took my money but I was never credited again the dispute so called help line never answers, the manager was not available. Very disfunctional and all they do is give you excuses not solucions Beware there are better banks

  I highly recommend Gulf Coast Bank. Allison Byrd assisted us in securing a mortgage for our home. We searched for the right house for about 12 months, and throughout the process Allison was extremely helpful, informative, and patient. She made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. If ever we had questions she was extremely prompt to respond with all of the necessary information. I definitely plan to work with Allison in the future!
