  Update: waiting for almost an hour because of an account issue that had nothing to do with me, threatened to close my account of 30+ years if I didn't get some updated information.. all due to their screwy computer systems. I didn't think their customer service could get worse. Years earlier: Looong waits for customer service, computer systems routinely offline. Tons of service charges. Seemingly little to no regard for customers. Simple things seem to take incredibly long. Update: now they're also closed Saturdays. It is outrageous that anybody like this can stay in business with such disregard for their customers

  Racial Profiling- I’m only giving 1 star just to leave a review. This bank is HORRIBLE. My husband and I went in to withdraw funds. I was told by Susan that she needed to make a call before releasing our funds. Susan held the phone for over an hour never speaking to anyone. She was accompanied by a teller name Erica who went on to say she needs to ask questions whenever a minority has more money in an account than she does. I was absolutely appalled.I arrive at the bank at 4:03 pm the bank has closed as it is 5:45pm . I was asked to confirm my name, email, and mailing address, and reviewed my debit card. After I asked what seemed to be the problem Susan said there’s no reason, she just needs to get a code to release funds to me. Susan than asked if I had a business due to the amount of funds in my account. I have never in all my history of banking been treated in such a manner. After confirming all of my info I was told by Susan that I would need to go to an ATM to withdraw funds, however I could not use the ones at the bank as they were now down as Erica began to laugh. I looked outside only to see other people using the ATM. I feel so defeated, considering I have had this account with Capital One for over 10 years. First thing tomorrow I will be withdrawing ALL funds and closing ALL accounts with Capital One. I’m only 1 person but I suggest “ Minorities “ stop banking with Capital One, as this is truly beyond poor customer service . This was clearly racial profiling and plan unprofessionalism.

  I come here once a week to bring my check. Today Cody was my teller at the window and she didn’t bother to greet me, ask me if I wanted to cash or to deposit, she literally just sent me all my money in the tube and didn’t say anything. Not to mention that she didn’t ask me how I wanted my cash given back to me which was an inconvenience. I had to find out from another teller who assisted me today. Customer service is important especially when dealing with someone else’s money and it’d be great if she Could better learn to communicate with customers.

  Went there to open a first time credit card account. Keandra was that one that helped me get started. But after the approval she was supposed to give me a call back with how much i was supposed to give to begin with. Was told to wait 2 days, called the bank to see if i could speak with her, no one picked up the phone or she was never available, other employees couldn’t help me. I ended up going online to find some info and found out that you could actually pay it online. So that is what i did! Emails were sent as well, NEVER GOT AN ANSWER. DON’t waste your time here, they don’t care much about their customers.

  ATMs (both the drive thru and walkup) have eaten my cash deposits on two separate instances. Luckily, CapOne360 support is good and money was returned within 2 business days.

  I went in to open a checking account a few days ago and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, I wish I remembered the name of my teller because she's been very approachable and kind each time I've visited. Good stuff.
