  Shane and his entire team are AMAZING!!! I am a first time home buyer and in the beginning the home buying process seemed so overwhelming. Shane literally spent over an hour on the phone with me explaining terms and processes, never once making me feel stupid or silly for asking questions. His team was in constant communication with me and happy to answer all of my questions, even if I asked them more than once. Cannot recommend Guild Mortgage enough and especially Shane and his team!

  Shane was so helpful in going through the process with us. As first time home buyers, we were constantly told we needed a great team, and that is exactly what we got from Shane. He answered any question we had, no matter how silly, and was a great support in getting all of our documents together. Thanks Shane! Update: Shane was great as we looked into a refinance this year. Even though it wasn’t the right time for a refinance for us, he was so helpful in looking at our options and provided us with good advice. All around, Shane is a knowledgeable and great guy to work with.

  Shane was amazing throughout our entire loan process. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was very quick to respond to any of our questions. He held our hand the entire way through and made sure we thouroghly understood every aspect of the home loan process. My fiance and I were first time home buyers so it was a bit nerve-racking at times. Shane was always available to talk us through any concerns we had.   I had a great experience working with Shane as my mortgage broker. This was my first time buying a home, and Shane was patient and helpful when I had tons of questions, and when I needed terminology explained to me. He was flexible when what I wanted changed, and was super available and responsive when I needed to chat or ask about something. I highly recommend him!

  Shane was great. He took the time to understand our needs and goals. He provided an overview of the process based on our situation. He also provided advice during our home search that was helpful in our decision making. Here are some of my favorite highlights about our interaction with Shane: - Shane's use of technology (video) to interact with us to explain our options when we couldn't meet in person - Shane's updates and timely follow-up, especially when we needed pre-approval letters and when we had questions while negotiating - Shane's expert point of view on different types of loans that we qualified for Shane has customer first approach. I didn't feel like I was being tricked into getting a loan or choosing a loan product that wasn't a best fit. The entire process was smooth. Thank you!
