  When not other Mortgage company in the Columbia gave us a chance Lamont Watson did. After look over the required documents he was shocked that others companies would not help. I'm proud to say after working with their approved builder, we was able to move in our first home. Five years later i can say without Lamont Watson and his team my dream would have not came true
