      I came to this bank today (Wednesday) and i see 3 people ahead of me with only one window teller. This is too big or a bank and branch to literally have one teller doing the work and making customers waste there time waiting in line for 15-25 minutes when they have other things to take care of. Very disappointing

      The hours say they are open sometimes they aren’t. What bank closes at 4 on a Friday when everybody gets paid. Very inconvenient. Why is there always only one teller for the whole location to handle a lot e full of customers

      No wonder they have 2 stars, worse experience ever at this bank I went to cash a check and they retained my check for no reason, after that I had to call my boss and my boss had to call the bank. The Hispanic woman doesn’t not know what she is doing avoid going with her she acts all professional and doesn’t know a thing. Save ur time and skip this bank and go to another Bank of America. One thing I know, I’m not going back there anymore …

      Absolutely the worst remodel that could have been done. ONE teller window inside handling 15 people in line. They took out a multi counter teller station for ONE window. How does this help? BOA closes branches then funnels customers to one branch that is worthless. Great move BOA.

      My husband and I went in to deposit a check and get cash back. We are white, the teller was African American. She was super sweet to the other African American customers. When it was our turn her whole demeanour changed and she would not give us cash back on the check. She said there was no hold on the check but would not give us cash back. Called the help line, the customer service floor manager told us it was at the discretion of the teller if she wanted to give cash back. So because we were white she decided to make us wait until Monday at midnight to have access to our funds. I will be taking this to social media and other media outlets. Several customers of the same race as she was walked out with cash back. This is not okay

      I wanted to say Thank You to Mr. Langley. I recommend his service. Both times that I have met him and had his service he has been extraordinarily professional, well mannered, compassionate and sweet. He’s been able to answer every question I’ve had. He helped me open my account, set up an appropriate account that fits my current needs, and notarized a document for me when I was having technical issues with my phone due to my service. When I informed him of something personal he was absolutely compassionate and professional! I can not thank him enough. Please continue to stay safe and know that you as well as your company are absolutely sweet. Every time I enter the branch an officer opens the door for me as well as interacts with me. Everyone is polite, helpful and Mr. Langley himself is wonderful! Thank you! God bless and continue to stay safe! Thank you.

      Cash deposit at lobby atm. Machine malfunctioned. After 4 days im still waiting for it to post on my acct!!!??? Looks like im at fault for their machine not working properly🤷🏽‍♀️ And to add insult to injury i was told to wait 45 days until we can figure it out. Horrible customer service! If i could give 0 rating i would! There was one employee who at least cared. Renee was her name, she was very helpful. But overall this bank sucks!!!!

      I had a customer that wrote me a check in my name by accident instead of my business. I said no worries don’t waste it that’s fine. My bank is closed on Saturday so I decided to swing by and cash the check. I wait in line only to have the teller tell me since I don’t have an account I have to see a banker. I sit and wait for a banker get in there and it’s a sales pitch to get an account. I tell the I am happy with my bank and don’t want an account. So 15 minutes in line, 20 minutes waiting and talking to banker, then had to wait in line for the teller again and pay 8 dollars to cash a Bank of America check. There is no way in hell I would ever open an account.
