  Using Mortgage Options for my first home buying experience was the BEST decision! Randy and Brit Brown are amazing and helped me every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their clients and have their best interest at heart. Brit would call or text me at the drop of a hat to walk me through any questions, no matter how big or small. I cant forget to mention that within months they worked with me to get my credit scores up, cutting my monthly PMI in HALF and lowering my interest rate!!! They are also super quick and worked after hours to get paperwork completed on time for my quick closing. I will always recommend them for anyone buying a home!

  Stacie Connelly told me I qualified for one loan but not the one that I was inquiring about. I had some questions days later so I called quite a few times, left voicemails, but never got a returned call back. A few weeks later, I was qualified thru my bank for the loan that I originally was referred to Stacie for.

  I, can't give any star to this company, only because I encounter with one of their employee Stacy Cornelly, I was informed that she was the best in my opinion her professionalism was extremely rude she treated me like I was nothing. I gave told Stacy how my jobs worked and how I got paid, my question if your the best you would know that I was not a candidate to get this loan so why pull my credit and this is what have me so upset and she doesn't not care refuse to report to the credit company she made a mistake. I will continue to report to review site until .this inquiry is remove. The only way this is posted I have to give it star, but not

  Ms. Jenkins, I understand your frustration with the lending process. Please understand we cannot make a credit decision without a full application, which includes a credit report and income documentation. As you authorized the credit inquiry, we cannot remove it from the reporting agencies. If you would like to make a request with them directly, that would be their decision to remove it or not.
