  Josh Brumfield was the ideal person to assist my now husband and I with the largest purchase of our lives. He worked with us to get our financial position shored up so that we were ready to purchase and qualified when we found our dream home. Then he made the entire loan process simple and low stress for us, communicating clearly and often so we knew exactly what was happening at all times. You cannot find a more capable or compassionate person than Josh to work with your home loan!

  Josh was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process! He was understanding and cared for our concerns. Josh made sure to contact us whenever there was an update on our loan.   Josh helped my husband and I refinance our home this year. I hardly knew we were doing it...he made it so easy. Not only is he the coolest guy, but he is the easiest person to work with and has supreme knowledge about the mortgage industry.
