  It is a very smooth sailing application. Brandon is very responsive and accommodating. The whole process took easier than I expected. Uploading the documents is fast and easy, reviewed at the same day and approval the following day. This company is highly recommended by me.

  Literally can't Thank Brandon and his team enough! As first time home buyers- they made what could have been an incredibly stressful process, into a journey we were happy to take. Every member of the team is always available to answer questions, address concerns, and give advice as to how you should best proceed- even assisting our realtor at times. It honestly and truly felt like we had a 'friend in the business' taking care of us. I would, without a doubt, choose Brandon and the Guild team 11 out of 10 times if given the choice. They communicated with us through every step of the process and helped keep us in the loop, even when we didn't need to be. Can't stress enough how much we loved and valued their team. Go. With. Guild. (You'll be so happy you did!)

  I’m going to be honest, guild did an absolutely terrible job. From asking for documents they didn’t need for weeks on end, to saying they could not do better than 3.5…let’s just say we went with a lender who accomplished what they could not within weeks within 2 days and got us a 3.1. Now, they constantly email me everyday when they have said I would be off the email list. Not sure what is wrong with this company but I would NEVER recommend them to anyone

  Guild has been our mortgage company since we bought our home. They have given guidance since we were 1st timers and also when we refinanced they told us what to expect, kept us updated and have always been friendly. I just received a beautiful throw with our last name embroidered on it with a thank you from the team. I will definitely tell everyone I know about them if they plan on buying!

  Brandon and his team are FANTASTIC. My husband and I bought our first home almost a year ago and Brandon took the time to help us every step of the way. He thoroughly explained the process and answered any questions we had ( there were a lot ) with detailed explanations. He offered financial solutions to help us obtain our goal of purchasing our first home and seemed to genuinely care about us and not just getting us a loan. Even after we closed he has been readily available to help us with questions we have about our mortgage and other investment opportunities. I would highly highly recommend Brandon and his team to anyone in the market for a mortgage.

  I have already reviewed our initial experience with Brandon and Revena for our purchase of our condo. This review is for our refinance. Both Brandon and Revena were just as professional and pleasant to work with as our first loan. The whole refinancing process was much easier since it did our original loan with them. Highly recommended.

  Brandon, Revena, and the Guild group made navigating through the home financing process so easy. They were very kind and reassuring through every step of the process. I've never had a mortgage company give me housewarming gifts and pies at Thanksgiving, but this group does. They go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

  My husband and I went through guild mortgage amd we honestly couldnt have had a better experience or better people working with us! Corine, Jenny, Amy as well as everyone else who was apart of helping us through EVERY step of our home buying process were absolutely amazing. We took a blow to pur credit so had to spend about 10 months getting it back up but through that whole time corine called to check on us at least every month. Then when we were approved we told them what we wanted our monthly payments and what we wanted to spend for down payment and closing and they were able to find us a great loan for exactly what we wanted, they actually ended up finding us and even better interest rate so that was a plus! I would highly reccomend them for anyone, especially someone who has no idea what they're doing or this is their first time buying a home. I must have called every day either panicking or with questions (im sure silly ones at that) and not once was i ignored or treated like I was bothering anyone, we never once had an issue getting ahold of them or them calling us back. Thanks to guild mortgage we found our first and hopefully forever home. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for the team we had!

  We are first time home buyers and Brandon was great at helping us do what we needed to get our credit where it needed to be and helping us to get a loan at a good rate! He was very friendly and always available when we needed him.

  Guild gets the job done fast and efficient!!! We worked with Corine for our home loan and she was awesome. She took over our loan from another company who dropped the ball and we never had anything to worry about once we switched company's. They were even able to close faster than normal saving us money and from spending time at the in-laws lol
