He told me the best time to buy and got me mortgage that I needed. He was wonderful to work with and the weekly Tuesday updates were just what I needed to make my experience easy.   Guild Mortgage provided Superior Service in processing my mortgage requirements. All of the staff members that I had interactions with were very professional and knowledgeable. Chris Barton's team, consisting of Jake Moran and Doreen Carter, were just awesome! They maintained a positive attitude throughout this entire challenging mortgage process.   Amazing customer service! Chris explained everything to us in great and understanding detail. His team was reaching out to us throughout the whole process and always available to talk when we had questions. Kept informing us of our options as well.   Guild Mortgage is a direct lender and services its loans personally. We purchased a home in 2017 using them, refinanced in 2020 with them then we bought another home in 2021 choosing Guild EVERY time. They make things move smoothly and I need that in my life. Guild Mortgage is a reputable company that has been serving customers since 1960 and it shows with there customer service. Super happy to have found a company we can count on to come through for us time and time again

  As a first time home buyer Chris made the financing of my first home as smooth and seamless as possible. Their process is streamlined and he had an awesome turnaround time. He had the most competitive rate and worked with me even though I was only in my second year of owning my business.
