  I was able to refinance my 2020 vehicle with an extremely low rate with help from Melinda. Melinda made the process very easy and quick. The staff is extremely friendly and I would recommend to anyone looking for a credit union to go here.

  Refinanced my 2019 vehicle at a much lower rate than another area credit union. Thessa was the best and sweetest person that could have assisted me. She’s the best! Dave also was helpful as well. Thank you to the credit union that I have been a member with for over 40 years.

  I recently became a member and was so impressed with the service! Amy was so helpful and really made sure I got the best account for me. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made sure that I was well taken care of while I waited. Kelly F was so sweet and really helpful in giving me information on the different services and which would be most beneficial for me specifically. So happy that this is my new normal when it comes to my banking needs!

  I want to take a moment to express my feelings on an exceptional employee for South Carolina Federal. Her name is Kelli Lynch. She has been working with me for the last several months on several projects. She has stayed on top of each situation, was very personable, professional, and went way beyond what was required to give me every opportunity to meet the goals I had in mind. Kelli took the time to also suggest other possibilities that I was completely unaware of. She was incredibly informative on our accounts and constantly took the time to speak to me. Each time I spoke to her, I knew I had her complete attention and she was giving me her very best. You don’t find that very often any longer in business and when you do it needs to be pointed out. So I want to say how much I appreciate her and the job she did for me and how she will have numerous recommendations from me to other people that may be in need her services. I was an employee in the banking world for seven years. Kelli is the type of person we looked for when handing out promotions. Knowing she gives her all to every customer makes her a valuable employee. Thanks to Kelli for all her hard work.

  The staff at SC Federal Credit Union have been consistently wonderful ever since I joined as a member in 2011 upon moving to South Carolina. They go above and beyond in making sure I am a valued member (instead of just another customer) each and every time I visit a branch. I highly recommend SC Federal Credit Union for anyone who wants a better experience than a bank!

  I joined SCFCU when I unexpectedly had to buy a new car. Kellie walked me through the process and got me into a better car than I could have ever hoped for! Everyone looked out for my best interest. Everyone is always so sweet when I go in to this day. They make banking so easy and they are so pleasant. Thanks guys!!!!

  Refinanced my 2019 automobile at a new car rate due to low mileage. Was able to get a 1.99% interest rate! Much better than my bank. Melanie was most helpful and knowlable.

  I have used this branch of SC Federal Credit Union for 15 years. The employees there are always helpful and professional. I have all my accounts with them. They set up savings accounts for my grandchildren and I've had several car loans and personal loans with them. I also have the mortgage on my house with them. Couldn't be happier.
