  Brandon is the best! Brandon went above and beyond for me during my mortgage process and stuck with me even during difficult times! He made a way when there wasn’t a way in sight and I’ll never be able to thank him enough! A mortgage lender was not able to help me and told me to give up and look for another property but Brandon gave me hope and gave me options! The process was scary but I was able to get through it nicely with him and his team! I will recommend Brandon and his team to friends and family because I know they will be in good hands...

  Brandon and his team went out of their way to make the home buying process effortless. They helped me organize and get all of the paperwork into the system. They were patient with us - many of our documents were lost in a hurricane, and my husband is self-employed. They were professional from start to finish. Even now, they send me monthly appraisal reports of our property and even gave us a welcome gift. Every year they also give us a pie at Thanksgiving. :-) I’ve never dealt with a mortgage company like this one. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.

  I would highly recommend Brandon Andrews for anyone buying a home in the Charleston area. From house hunting through closing, Brandon and his team were attentive, responsive, and patient. As a first time home buyer, I had a plethora of questions around the process and my options for a home loan. Brandon took the time to explain all my options so I could figure out what was best for me an my family.

  This review is way overdue. Brandon helped me close on a house in January against all odds. Before working with Brandon, I had been denied by a different lender who told me I could get the loan no problem. After that, I contacted Brandon (who helped my sister purchase 2 homes and also helped her refinance a mortgage) to see what he could do for me. He immediately went to work trying to find a way to get me into my dream home. Not only was he able to get me approved for my VA home loan for the house, but he was also able to secure a much better interest rate than I had been quoted with the other lender. He is extremely knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to anyone trying to buy a home. My husband who is a real estate agent now recommends him to all of his clients because of our good experience.
