  Guild Mortgage in Everett is a top notch team. Bruce and his team were great and on top of the process all the time. Bruce made sure I was on top of the needed paperwork even if I was lacking in a great response time for time sensitive material. Bruce and Beverly helped us understand the ins and outs of my VA loan. There were some particulars to my specific loan that potentially set it aside of a standard VA loan. Bruce and Beverly had a great understanding of the needed info and made sure I was getting the best of what I could. Great team here in Everett area. Sincerely Don and Jen

  Had my first mortgage with them and also refinanced with them. Good company and good rates. Really its about the rates. And they fought for my business when I told them point blank I was shopping around. They made it happen and easy to work with.

  Excellent customer service, super responsive, just the right amount of contact (not overwhelming), and Jason was well prepared to discuss my refi options with figures. I'd recommend their team to anyone looking to buy/refinance!

  I have had several mortgage experiences through the years, but Chris Bodin and his staff at Team Gosser were by far the best I've ever had. The whole process was smooth and easy. I was able to sign documents electronically in many steps, which saved me a long trip to Everett from Bremerton. They even sent out a notary to my house to explain and sign all the final documentation. They were more than willing to explain details to me and answer all my questions. I would recommend them unreservedly to anyone who is looking for a new mortgage.

  We had started the process with a different lender but changed to Guild Mortgage in the middle because of their incompetence and archaic business practices. They did not have online signing and we had to mail everything to them. We live out of state so this delayed things. Our son lives in state and he drove to the bank to deliver paperwork, which was inconvenient for him. We have never regretted changing to Guild Mortgage. Taylor has been wonderful, along with her support staff. She has been available at any time and has always said to call her if we have any questions, which we have done. Everything moved along smoothly and my husband and I have been able to do everything online, including signatures. Taylor always kept us up to date by email through the entire process, so we knew what was going on at all times . If we sent an email or left a message she responded promptly. We appreciate their professional approach to all aspects of this process.

  This Guild office (Tony, Michelle, and Jason) has been great to us on two transactions. The last one was a little tricky. But the team there helped us through it and found a way to make the financing work by researching loan options that worked for our unusual case.

  From the moment that I contacted Jason Gosser I had nothing to worry about. Jason and his team made the process of applying for a load seem seamless from my end. They knew what to ask for and for some of the items that I couldn't produce they were able to obtain through public records. From the initial questionnaire, to the step by step instructions and communications that followed, I was amazed by the machine like (yet personable) precision that the Gosser team works. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in my life, throughout 3 home purchases. The professionalism and personalized care the Gosser team makes sure you know that you are more than just a number to them. They actually care about your experience and seek feedback on how to improve your experience. I highly recommend working with Jason Gosser and his team. You won't be disappointed. 5 stars, only because there aren't more.
