  Jason and his team were great to work with! They made the entire process so simple and easy to understand! They communicated the whole time and constantly gave us assurance that everything was on track and going well, and gave us a lot of notice when anything additional was going to be needed. They really make you feel like they want you to get the loan as much as you do which was a great feeling! We will definitely recommend friends, family and others to Jason and guild mortgage!   This isn't my first rodeo relating to a mortgage or refinance; however it is THE BEST experience in my lifetime in this process. From the first phone call inquiry up until the end of the process, EVERY person (4) involved were knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, patient, and provided 110% service. Customer Service is becoming a "lost" art in our society, and go no further if you want the best, timely efficient customer service oriented company.   We had a great experience with the Guild team. We closed in 21 days, even with both a first and second mortgage. There were no hiccups. Great communication. We always knew what was happening and who to talk to. Their team approach obviously works. Highly recommend.

  We recently did a refinance and due to COVID we were informed things weren't going to work out for us at this time and would need to wait an additional 6 months and try again. But Jason did a little more digging and with a little time we were approved and able to move forward with our refinance. Life has been a bit crazy for us of course due to Covid as well as having a baby so even though it took some time and alot of back and forth we are so happy to have closed our refinance with Guild Mortgage and highly recommend!

  I purchased late last year and again refinanced 6 months later due to the really low rates. In both experiences, the Guild team was great. They were really responsive to all my questions and we had zero issues in both cases. It was very smooth and we closed on time. I would recommend, they saved me thousands on my refinance.

  The whole mortgage process with Guild was phenomenal. As a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous and didn't know a lot. Jacque was very helpful and sometimes spent half an hour on the phone with me helping me understand and making me feel comfortable. I was afraid of just being a number to a loan company, but I really felt like Jacque cared about me as a person. I always know I can reach out to her with questions even now that I have closed on my house.

Without having to go through the whole rigmarole, they had dropped my rate by almost 2 points, helping me save approx $75k in interest payments.
