  Tara was great. The whole process from start to finish was exceptionally handled by Tara. This made everything flow so smoothly. We closed on time, received our cash out a few days later, and I've completely forgotten how miserable refinancing can be sometimes. 5 stars all around and I can't recommend Tara enough!

  We had the pleasure of working with Tara on our recent home purchase. I feel she went above and beyond to help guide us through the whole process. She would always email or text to schedule a call time that worked best for us to go over any questions we needed answered. Tara made this process so simple and easy. She even went on vacation for a week, but still called and emailed to keep us updated.

  We had the pleasure of working with Tara for our initial mortgage last year and, most recently, for our refinance this year. There's a reason she is referred to as "The Velvet Hammer!" Tara consistently communicates and holds all parties accountable to meet critical steps/deadlines all while keeping a much appreciated positive attitude and a smile! She was usually two-steps ahead of us and anticipated our "what if" questions. Tara makes you feel like you are her only client (when we know she's busy assisting LOTS of other clients) and truly takes time to listen to our concerns and explain the process.   It was my pleasure working with Tara. She made my whole process smooth and pain-free. My process was done within two weeks. She very professional and up to date with modern technology. She is very knowledgeable with mortgage and all the programs. Any doubts you may have, Tara will fix it with a smile on her face.   I am incredibly impressed with how knowledgeable and person oriented Tara Attwood is. She made financing my home so easy. Tara made my husband and I so comfortable during this whole process. We were informed of every step and she provided explanations when needed. She did all the work! I merely provided paperwork and signatures. Tara is the first person I recommend. I will never use anyone else. If you want someone who genuinely cares, has the knowledge and expertise, contact her! Thank you again Tara.   It was our pleasure working with Tara and RMS staffs. Tara took care of our initial mortgage and our recent refinance. Our whole process went very smooth. She is kind, prompt and professional.   Tara and RMS were wonderful to work with during the purchase of our home. She not only explained the process in detail and answered what sometimes felt like silly questions, she showed kindness and a sincerity that can't be rivaled. Tara's dedication to our loan made us feel like we were her only clients. She answered emails and continued to work on our file while she was on vacation. (Out of the country!!)   Well how can I start! Tara is god sent. I almost lost my dream home but she was able to over come so many road blocks for me. I’m self employed and that is a hole new ball game.   Wow!!! We truly were blessed to meet Tara and her staff. Our goal was to be in our home by Thanksgiving of 2019 and all I can say is we found the right company and the right person (Tara Attwod) to help this become a reality. If I was ever going to go down this path again it would definitely be with Tara in the Cornelius office.   Tara Attwood and her team are responsible for making our dreams of becoming first time homeowners come true. We entered into the home ownership processes, nervous and not knowing how things would work out for us. Tara guided us every step of the way and reassured us that she would do everything possible to help us. Tara was always very knowledgeable and willing and ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. It is now going on 7 months since we closed on our new home and we could not be more happier.
