  Overall experience with Guild Mortgage was top notch service. The process from start to finish was seamless and smooth. Everyone was very polite, resourceful and helped us through every step of the way. They were available for questions and assistance via email, phone, and text. I have purchased 3 homes before this one and this was hands-down the best experience with a mortgage company from start to finish.   Not sure where to start, so many great things to say about Michelle Castle and her Guild team. I met Michelle over a decade ago when my new wife and I bought a bigger home to start our blended family. Financial hardships fell on us a year later and we ended up losing our home. Through Michelle's helpful guidance, advice, and friendship, we were able to rebuild our credit. Fast forward to now, my wife and I's credit is borderline great/excellent and we are finally able to buy a house again. So it was a no brainer to go with Michelle and her Guild team. At closing, there was a knock at the door and 4 Guild girls came in to hug and congratulate us. The entire process this time was so much simpler than I remember. The 'Guild' experience is something new home owners, especially first time buyers need to experience. Thank you Michelle, Sabrina, and to both of your teams for all you do!

  The Wegley Team at Guild Mortgage was the very best team to work with. For first time homebuyers, we had absolutely no idea what we were doing. The Wegley Team and Brandi Peck helped us along the way, reminding us what all we needed, helping us fill out all of the paper work, and they even sent us a "Congrats on Closing" gift when we closed on our home purchase. This Team, as well as Brandi go above and beyond to help their clients get what they want in the budget they have all in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend working with the Wegley Team and Brandi Peck!

  I had such an amazing experience with Brandie Peck, and the rest of the Wegley team. I had no issues at closing, or during the rest of the loan process.   I bought a home in Sherman with Guild Mortgage and they worked hard to make sure my loan was approved and was always on time with deadlines. My loan was sold to Chase after closing and everything was an easy transition. Everyone was super nice and they even gave us a little gift at closing. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again in the future!

  There are several mortgage companies I could have chosen to use, but I'm so glad I chose Guild Mortgage. Michelle Castle and her team are top-notch.
